INTRO

The world of retail and styling thrives on the powerful tool of visual communication. Today, as global fashion brands aim to authentically connect with diverse audiences, they shift toward more inclusive narratives that reflect the richness of human identity.

This competition centers on the theme of “Inclusivity & Representation”, inviting participants to design visual communication content that embraces and celebrates diverse identities—across race, gender, body size, age, and ability—within the framework of an established international fashion brand.

BRIEF

Create innovative and thought-provoking visual content that reflects contemporary conversations around inclusivity and cultural representation in fashion.

Projects should challenge conventional beauty norms and propose alternative visual codes that resonate with real, diverse communities—moving beyond Eurocentric standards and generic aesthetics.

Develop a visual narrative that embodies the brand’s DNA while embracing underrepresented voices, aesthetics, and identities. You may draw inspiration from movements advocating for decolonial aesthetics, cultural sensitivity, and casting.

Visual proposals can take the form of branded content—editorials, campaign videos, or social media content—or visual displays such as window setups or in-store installations. The result should be a compelling, inclusive, and visually bold communication strategy that aligns with the brand’s core values and contributes to fashion’s evolution toward a more equitable visual culture.

Through this competition, we aim to foster empathy, cultural awareness, and inclusive creativity in fashion communication.
